If one with lower rank than me has already freezed one choice(which i am also getting offered)in round one and i was waiting for next rounds to expect some better offer of choice but unfortunately i dont get it and i want to choose the same old choice i was getting which is already booked by the one having lower rank than me(supposed it was the last seat left),then would i get the seat because i am having better rank or the one with the lower rank than me(who has already freezed in before round) would get the seat? this is not possible as seats are provisionally allocated TO YOU if you keep on floating till last round you will not lose the seat you started floating with if you do not get any better option

You'll choose float i.e the seat is booked so you'll get the seat and another person will also get
